No Show/Late Cancellation Policy:
Our goal is to provide a high level of care to all of our patients in a timely manner. When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our schedule that is no longer available to our other patients. In order to be respectful of our providers and your fellow patients, we kindly ask that you give at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your cosmetic or aesthetician appointment. The majority of these services require at least 48 hours of pre-treatment preparation, therefore, this is the minimum amount of time that is required to fill any canceled or rescheduled appointments.
Current Dermatology has the right to charge a fee of $150.00 for all missed appointments (“no shows”) and late cancellations (canceled/rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time).
“No Show/Late Cancellation” fees will be billed to the patient. This fee is not covered by insurance and must be paid in full prior to your next appointment.
